There are two house facing the stadium in Ravenna that are covered in Wisteria. We had one on our old family home once, gnawing into the back wall and creeping up the windows. My grandmother made me taste a handful of flowers once, saying they were really good and that, during the war, she used to eat them instead of candy. They tasted like raw leaves, rose water and nothing like candy.
