So it’s very simple.
You get some sour cream, you mix it with a wee bit of lemon (or lime) zest, some pepper and, if necessary, a pinch of salt. If you don’t have sour cream, greek yoghurt will do beautifully.
Then, you get a piece of bread. Any bread, but nothing with a taste too overwhelming. Spread the sour cream on the bread.
Gently drop a dollop of caviar (or another kind of roe – I’m not an expert so I’m not sure which one this was).
Drip a few drops (I love how that sounds. It sounds like this song) of lemon (or lime) juice on top and…you’re done!
