You must visit the Cathedral by the sea, they said.
So we went.
And, after taking a pedestrian road by mistake and then abandoning the car in an illegal parking (it’s winter, there’s no one around….) we visited the Cathedral by the Sea.
Which is neither a Cathedral (it’s a church) nor by the sea (it’s the Ocean!).
It reminded me of Notre Dame, with its arching medieval structure and its dramatic (and difficult to photography) position against the setting sun.
The view was great, too.
What surprised us most, however, was the beauty of the stained glass windows inside the church.
Oh, and it was surrounded by seagulls who did not fear humans. The humans, by the end of it, slightly feared the seagulls XD
