The perfect winter dessert. It’s fun to make and honestly, even if it comes out not so picture-perfect (like mine), it’s still delicious!
Once the apples are peeled and sliced, mix the flour, beer, cinnamon sugar and pinch of salt together. The batter is perfect when it coats and sticks to your finger without dripping too fast.
