San Lorenzo

Earlier this week I showed you some photos of the outside of San Lorenzo in El Escorial, close to Madrid (Spain, not USA)

Now it’s time for the part I liked best: the inside! The frescos on the ceiling were breathtaking and I thought the marble christ by Benvenuto Cellini was especially beautiful.
