Tübingen’s market

I don’t know what it is but I love markets. Any market. Fish markets more than anything else, but what I like best is seeing is the different kinds of food. And Tübingen, compared to southern Europe, is completely different: purple carrots (the original! We even used them to make the most delicious cream – check out the recipe here), zillions of kinds of turnips, flowers, radishes…

Just like out of a Grimm Brother’s tale.
