I was hungry.
I had some cooked chicken breast in the fridge.
I had some eggs.
I made myself a chicken-egg toast.
- chop up the chicken
- boil an egg. Soft boil it. Then chop up the white and half of the yolk
- grab some mayo, mustard, greek yoghurt (non sugared of course!) salt and pepper
Mix. Taste for seasoning. Toast your bread. Spread your yumminess. Place your half yolk.
Put a robe on and go to the garden. Pick some chives, chop, sprinkle.
Enjoy your midnight snack.
