Last Sunday – the pasta-making day

Last Sunday, we were invited by Stefania and Diego to their house to help them make pasta. And then to eat it. We made ravioli, one batch with spinach and ricotta and the other with salmon and ricotta, then we also made tagliatelle!

We met Tony, their ageing cat who was so cuddly I could scarcely believe it (and came away with a new fur layer over my dress!), we listened to Diego and Joy playing the piano and we relaxed as we digested. It was a particularly lovely Sunday, thank you ^_^
