Sautéed mushrooms

Pretty straightforward really… Just follow the photos!

Coarsely chopped champignon
the ingredients
Drop them in the oil before the garlic starts to brown. Season. When they’ve lost a lot of water, add the wine. Let it evaporate, then you can add: cream, fresh white cheese, parsley, thyme…or anything else you might want to try!

You can use these mushrooms for just about anything: as a side to meat dishes, as a base for risotto, as a sauce for pasta…the options are endless!
