Remember how I pimped up my biscuits last Valentine’s?
And how I candied those orange peels, last Sunday?
I did it again.
I melted some dark chocolate and added some salted butter. I mixed and stirred and swirled until it was like chocolate velvet. Then I dropped in some candied peels and let it sit for a few minutes. Then I spread the orangey-chocolate over some digestive biscuits, cut tiny tiny pieces of candied peel and dropped it on top of the biscuits.
Et voila.
Not so hard, huh? But ever so good.
